1. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings.

• The cancellation will be effective from the end of the current billing cycle.

• No refunds for the unused portion of the subscription term.

2. Refunds for Paid Courses

Refunds for paid courses are available if requested within seven days of purchase, provided no substantial portion of the course has been consumed. No refunds after seven or once a significant portion of the course has been completed.

3. Live Class Cancellations

For cancellations of individual live class bookings, notify us at least 24 in advance for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 before the scheduled class.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues on our part, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to process such refunds.

5. Processing of Refunds
