2. Access to Source Materials

All educational content, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, worksheets, and proprietary software, is the intellectual property of EMCAN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE L.L.C.

• Limited Access: Access to these materials is granted solely for the duration specified in your subscription or course plan.
• Plan-Specific Information: The specific materials included, as well as the level of access (e.g., view-only vs. downloadable), will be detailed in the individual course plan documentation at the time of purchase.

3. Fees and Payments

4. Refund Policy

• Company Discretion: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision to grant or deny a refund remains solely at the discretion of EMCAN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE L.L.C.
• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Generally, refunds will not be issued for "change of mind," partial attendance, or if the student has already accessed a significant portion of the course materials.

5. Conduct and Use of Platform

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during both online and onsite sessions. Any misuse of the application, including hacking, data scraping, or harassment of instructors/students, will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

EMCAN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE L.L.C shall not be held liable for any technical interruptions caused by the user's internet service provider or hardware failure. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or exam results following the completion of our courses.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
